Send Free Faxes Via the Web

In these economic times we live in, we all want to reduce our costs to the maximum. After all, we don’t know if the economic recession will get of poorer quality or not. If you are still using traditional fax apparatus, know that you can cut your costs up to 89% just by switching to web faxing. And if you are willing to use free fax via web you can cut even more!

Before you start being paid excited about free faxing alternatives, know that they all have huge downsides. Like people say: “there’s nothing 100% free” right? Let’s take as an example the free web fax services promoted online. They work pretty simple, you just place the number, attach the fax and done. But what they don’t tell you from the start is that you are only allowed to send two documents, and any additional fax or page will cost you .99.

And that’s not all, the cover page on you “free fax via web” will be an advertisement of the benefit and its paid options. Certainly a huge NO when it comes to business communications.

Other 100% free alternative is the use of freeware. These programs are developed and distributed for free, and survive thanks to donations, and this, their own scenery is what doesn’t allow them to stay ahead of the game. Issues and technical difficulties are ever present, and you have to rely on the community using the program to overcome problems.

Both of these options also only allow you to only send fax, not receive or deal with faxes. A third option is helpful in this sense. I am talking about fax services that offer free trials. These free trials last long (up to 30 days!) and are a fantastic way of inflowing Internet faxing and staying updated. Of course the downside is that to keep using it you need to pay. But, there are services that charge as small as to send an quantity of faxes on a month. Keeping in mind that this is the cost of just two faxes with a “free fax via web benefit”, you’ll see that is pretty convenient.

if you need to fax on a regular basis, buy a fax machine. you can get one at walmart, office depot, etc for less that 0.
